In local college basketball news:
Pitt beat Eastern Washington on Friday 84-51. Pitt (7-1 on the year) will host Morehead State Sunday afternoon at 4pm.
Duquesne beat Saint Francis (PA) on Saturday 67-65. Duquense is now 8-2 on the season.
Robert Morris University has been off this past week. They will face Columbia in New York on Monday afternoon.
The Slippery Rock women’s basketball team will travel to Duquesne to square off against the Dukes on Tuesday.
The Grove City men’s team fell to Thomas More on Saturday 74-60.
The Grove City women’s team also fell to Thomas More on Saturday 95-37
