Lifesteps is receiving significant donations to help fund various programs.
The non-profit announced they were the recipients of two donations from a pair of banks.
First Commonwealth Bank donated $10,000 that will go toward Lifesteps’ transitions program for young adults with disabilities.
Meanwhile, Northwest Savings Bank donated just over $3,800 to the Pre-Kindergarten Scholarship Program—which offers full and partial scholarships to children in Butler, Beaver, and Armstrong Counties.
Officials with Lifesteps say the donation was made through the state’s Educational Improvement Tax Credit Program.
