The Butler Area Public Library is inviting members of the local community to a unique experience.
An oral history project titled “Stories We Share, Library Memories” will feature 21 people from across the Butler area.
Residents from 22 to 79 years old were recorded sharing memories of the library between three and 15 minutes.
The project is possible through an Empowered History Grant from the Pennsylvania State Archives, which helped the library purchase recording equipment.
