A group of lawmakers in Harrisburg are proposing to lower the age for teens to get behind the wheel.
The bill comes two state representatives who say the state’s legal driving age should be reduced to 15-years-old.
The lawmakers say no changes would be made to safety or training requirements that currently exist. All passenger limitations and night-time driving restrictions would all remain in place.
The current age is legally drive in Pennsylvania is 16.
