A Pittsburgh lawmaker has proposed a plan to allow slot machines in airport terminals.
State Representative Nick Kotik introduced a bill Wednesday to allow slots at Pennsylvania’s six international airports (Pittsburgh, Philadelphia, Wilkes-Barre/Scranton, Harrisburg, Lehigh Valley and Erie.
The number of machines in each airport would be based on the number of boarding passengers.
Revenue would be distributed among the airports and would be used for revitalization projects.
