A primary challenger to Congressman Mike Kelly appears that he will be off the ballot this spring.
After announcing his campaign last year, Tim Kramer will no longer be on the Republican primary ballot in the 16th Congressional District.
Candidates are required to get 1,000 signatures when applying to be on the ballot. Kramer had 1,235 signatures but had 329 challenged, according to his Facebook page.
Kramer was unable to defend the necessary number of signatures to remain on the ballot and thus has been removed from the Republican primary.
