High School Basketball:
Boys:
–Butler defeated Erie 70-53 last night in the Holiday Bash Tournament. Devin Carney led the Golden Tornado with 30 points.
–North Catholic defeated Franklin 77-60 also in the Holiday Bash.
–Knoch defeated Yough 60-55 in overtime in their final game of the Kiski Tournament. Ryan Lang led the Knights with 20 points.
Girls Basketball:
–Knoch ended the Kiski Tournament with three wins after defeating Yough 56-26. Maddie Boyer led Knoch with 21 points.
–The Moniteau Girls won the Mercer Tournament following a 43-29 victory over the host team last night.
