The Knoch Boys Basketball team beat Montour 83-71 in overtime Friday night.
The Knights were ahead 35-30 at halftime and lead by as many as 13 points in the third quarter before the game went into overtime tied at 68. Leading scorer for Knoch was P.J. Gourlely with a career high 21 points. Devin Campbell and Mac Christy both had 19 for the Knights.
Knoch is now 3-5 in the section and still has a chance to make the playoffs. The Knights move on to play Moon on Tuesday night and we’ll have coverage of that game on WISR 680am starting at 7:20 p.m. with the pregame show. Tip-off is 7:30 p.m.
