A Kittanning man is being charged with stealing and selling materials from his work in Clinton Township, Butler County.
According to State Police, 44-year-old Albert Lloyd was employed at Cygnus Manufacturing when the company began an internal investigation.
The investigation determined that Lloyd allegedly took over 2,700 pounds of brass blanks and sold them as scrap over a five month period between October of last year and February of this year. Lloyd reportedly received over $3,500 in payment for the blanks.
Lloyd was arrested and charged with Felony Theft by Unlawful Taking.
