State police in Kittanning arrested a man for having drugs Friday night.
According to the police report, 34-year-old Jonathan Cumberledge, of Kittanning, PA, was stopped by police on route 28 for a vehicle code violation. During the stop Cumberledge was found to be under the influence and to be in possession of heroin.
DUI charges were filed.
