A 17-year-old from Altoona faces charges after stealing bicycles, and then stabbing a George Junior Republic employee late last year.
The Grove City Police say that on December 12th, the suspect left the George Junior Republic facilities. The suspect then stole multiple bicycles after leaving the center.
Later that day, the suspect was then spotted by a George Junior Republic employee in the Marathon gas station parking in Grove City. The suspect then stabbed the employee.
Authorities say that the suspect faces charges of Aggravated Assault and Theft.
