Those looking to test knowledge or to learn more about nature are invited to a couple of upcoming events at Jennings Environmental Education Center.
Jennings staff is hosting a free Nature Trivia Night at 6 p.m. today at the Center Classroom of the Slippery Rock facility. Individuals of all ages and teams of several people will be able to respond to questions about nature. Winners will receive prizes and no registration is required.
Then on Sunday from 2 to 4 p.m. Jennings will present a Nature Detectives Program called The Scoop on Poop. This free program designed for families with children ages 6 and older will allow participants to investigate realistic looking animal poop for clues left as evidence. Today is the deadline to register by calling Jennings.
