Anyone interested in exploring the snow-covered outdoors is invited to borrow a pair of snowshoes at a local park.
A limited number of snowshoes will be available daily in February at Jennings Environmental Education Center in Slippery Rock.
Orientation and brief instruction is available. A valid driver’s license is required and shoes are not allowed to leave the park.
