Police say a family argument ended in gunfire in Saxonburg earlier this week.
No one was struck and there were no injuries. One person was arrested.
According to State Police, the incident happened Sunday evening outside a home on Nursery Lane in Jefferson Township. Neighbors called police after hearing gunshots.
Troopers arrived to find 31-year-old Zachary Bujak and his mother standing in the doorway of the house. Bujak allegedly admitted to police that he fired multiple rounds with a semi-automatic rifle from the doorway.
Police say the shots were fired “toward other homes” but no one was hit and no property was damaged.
Bujak was taken to the Butler County Prison. It’s unclear what the argument was about but, according to a police criminal complaint, Bujak appeared intoxicated.
