Thousands of both Butler County residents and visitors took part in the annual Bantam Jeep Heritage Festival this weekend.
More than 2,300 Jeeps registered for the event, with activities taking place in both downtown Butler on Friday and throughout the entire weekend at Cooper’s Lake Campground in Slippery Rock. Some activities were cancelled on Sunday due to the rain.
It was the 8th year for the event, which celebrates Butler as the birthplace of the Jeep.
