Jana Kramer and her husband, Michael Caussin, recently learned they will be welcoming a baby girl into the family come February. Jana revealed the news in a pregnancy blog that she is writing for People.com. She wrote, “My husband and I were so anxious to find out the sex of our baby that we did the early blood work test at 10 weeks to find out that we are having a baby … GIRL!”
Jana said she asked the nurse at her doctor’s office to call her best friend and tell her the sex of the baby so she and Michael could learn the news at a gender reveal party. Jana wrote, “We then invited our closest friends over and had them fill up water guns with paint of either pink or blue. Mike and I were so anxious to see what color it was going to be.” The gender reveal was captured on camera.
Jana is still experiencing serious morning sickness, and she says she often runs off stage after a show and throws up immediately. All she can stomach these days is a bland diet of cereal and bagels.
