A woman from Colorado has been charged with homicide by vehicle for a June crash that killed a Lancaster Township man.
An arrest warrant was issued Monday for 21-year-old Teresa Lim of Greenwood Village, Colorado.
Investigators believe Lim was speeding and passing in a no passing zone when she allegedly hit a motorcycle with her truck.
On that motorcycle was 50-year-old David Vandorn.
The accident happened on Route 19 near Salt Works Road in Lancaster Township. Vandorn was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police say he was wearing a helmet at the time of the crash.
