A Butler man is accused of pointing a stun gun at another man during an argument over a parking spot.
No one was hurt in the incident- which happened over the weekend in the city of Butler.
Butler City Police were called to an apartment building on West Brady Street Sunday evening where both 30-year-old Aaron Wiemelt and the 28-year-old victim both live.
The victim told officers he was working on his truck in the parking lot when Wiemelt tried to pull in, but couldn’t. Wiemelt apparently got impatient and began beeping his horn. He eventually was able to pull into his spot, but then allegedly grabbed a stun gun and pointed it at the victim.
Police say a witness corroborated the victim’s account.
Wiemelt is free on his own recognizance while awaiting a hearing next month.
