The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette reports the deal between II-VI and CoAdna Holdings is expected to close in the third quarter, pending regulatory and shareholder approval.
The acquisition positions II-VI for market demand driven by several factors, including the emerging 5G wireless infrastructure.
