Authorities arrested 39 people in Pennsylvania, Delaware and West Virginia who were in the country illegally.
The Immigration and Customs Enforcement Agency says the sweep targeted people who posed a threat to the community. It was conducted between Nov. 30 and Friday (12/4).
The Pittsburgh portion of the operation resulted in the arrest of six people, including a Russian national who was twice convicted for domestic violence in another state.
