A couple of Clarion County natives are in hot water after a fight using cold treats.
According to State Police, 24-year-old Zachary Kemmer and 21-year-old Shawnee Dolby were driving on Route 66 in Linestone Township last Tuesday when they got into an argument.
Dolby allegedly threw and hit Kemmer with a cup of ice cream. Kemmer then allegedly threw the ice cream back at Dolby and hit her. After the pair stopped at Kemmer’s residence, Kemmer allegedly grabbed Dolby’s cell phone and broke the screen.
Charges of harassment and criminal mischief were filed against both Kemmer and Dolby.
