A hunter was hurt after he reportedly fell from a tree stand Monday afternoon in northern Butler County.
Authorities say the man fell about 15 feet and suffered moderate injuries. His stand was in woods off Route 38 in Venango Township. He was taken to Butler Memorial Hospital for treatment.
His name has not been released.
