With Valentine’s Day just around the corner the Butler County Humane Society has started a new fundraiser.
Staffers have chosen five long-time resident dogs to compete for roses and be voted as The Bark-chelor.
From now until February 13th the public is invited to purchase a rose vote for $5 online or in-person. Then on Valentine’s Day, a private rose ceremony will be held to determine a winner.
