Horse racing returns

The Meadows Racetrack in Washington, Pa is resuming live harness racing this afternoon. The track will offer live 10-race cards four days per week – Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturday’s with a 12:45pm post time.

The 152nd running of the Belmont Stakes will be run this Saturday. The event was to be held June 6th. It will be the first leg of the Triple Crown this year – instead of being the final race.
