Three people riding in a horse-drawn wagon were injured yesterday afternoon after they were rear-ended by a car.
Police say the crash happened at 3:45 p.m. on North Washington Road near Glenn Road in Concord Township.
30-year-old Justin Fierst of Hilliards told police he was driving in the west bound lane when the sun got in his eyes. He then collided into the wagon which was occupied by 52-year-old Tina Porter, 38-year-old Brandon Porter, and an 8-year-old boy all of West Sunbury.
Police say Tina Porter was flown to UPMC Presbyterian. Brandon Porter and the 8-year-old were taken to Butler Memorial Hospital.
Fierst and his passenger, 24-year-old Kaitlyn Fierst suffered injuries as well.
Police say the wagon was destroyed.
