A man wanted in connection with a fatal shooting in the city of Butler has been apprehended.
19-year-old Allegheny County native David “Dae Dae” Franklin was apprehended Thursday in Richmond, Virginia by US Marshals. The shooting occurred at an apartment on Wick Street in Butler last March.
According to Butler City Police Deputy Chief David Adam, the extradition process is currently underway and Franklin could be in the Butler County Prison sometime next week.
An arrest warrant for homicide charges was issued for Franklin following the shooting of 20-year-old Philadelphia native Rashaan Adams.
