The start of the holiday season in Cranberry officially begins tonight.
Activities surround a visit from Santa Claus to the Cranberry Township Municipal Center begin at 6 p.m. Friday.
This free event will include a group of live reindeer, live holiday music, a giant LEGO train display, games, crafts and light refreshments.
Toys for Tots will be accepting donations and Cranberry Township EMS will be looking to Stuff the Bus for those less fortunate. Santa will arrive around 7 p.m. on a specially decorated fire truck to throw a switch lighting the community tree on the Center’s front lawn.
