In this season of receiving new items, it is often difficult to determine what to do with old or unneeded items or materials.
Re-usable clothing as well as toys or sporting gear can be taken to Goodwill, Salvation Army, or St. Vincent DePaul.
Some small working appliances in good condition can be accepted at St. Vincent DePaul or Salvation Army. Goodwill will take computers and computer equipment for recycling. Calling ahead is always a good idea.
