A portion of East Portersville Road was closed between Pleasant Valley Road in Muddy Creek Township and Route 528 Pittsburgh Street in Prospect Borough due to a downed tree.
At one point over 50 residents of Connoquenessing Township were without electricity as a result of a West Penn Power outage.
