Boys Golf:
–Seneca Valley defeated Butler 192-208. Adam Bushee of the Raiders led all golfers with a 32 at Cranberry Highlands. Nick Penrod led Butler with a 38.

The Moniteau golf team won Mega-Match #5 of the season in District-9. The Warriors shot a team-total of 198 at the High Level Golf Course in Kossuth. Moniteau’s Weston Kimmey led all golfers with a 32. Nate Tack had a 36. Karns City finished second at 210. Hunter Gifford led the Gremlins with a 36. Karns City leads Moniteau by one point in the overall standings.
Girls Golf:
–Butler-180 Armstrong-201. Hannah Folk led Butler with a 42. Maggie Feczko, Emilee Altman and Maddie Temple each shot 46. Armstrong’s Alyssa Lobb also shot a 46.
–Seneca Valley-182 Pine-Richland-183.
Boys Soccer:
–Butler-2 Ambridge-1 in double overtime. Tate Mohney scored both Butler goals, including the game-winner on an assist from Adam Blose with five minutes remaining in double-overtime.
–Knoch-2 Mars-1.
–Freeport-7 Burrell-2. Bryce Hanby scored five goals for the Yellow Jackets in the section opener. Hunter Hardin added the other two Freeport goals. Freeport is now 2-0.
–CW North Catholic-7 Springdale-1. Joe Kearney had four goals for the Trojans.
–Pine-Richland and Upper St. Clair battled to a scoreless overtime tie.
