Girls Basketball: Derry-69 Knoch-53. Armsrtong-41 Freeport-27. Bethel Park-48 Seneca Valley-30.
Boys Basketball: Indiana-56 Armstrong-49.
Wrestling: Butler-30 McGuffey-24.
The Butler Boys Bowlers fell to Armstrong 5-2 Wednesday at King Lanes in Kittanning. Nick Huff led Butler with 649 series and high game of 247. Matt Wetzel had a game of 245. David Howell added a game of 230. Drew Fester led Armstrong with a 606 series and high game of 256. Butler fell to 3-1, while Armstrong took over the WPIBL Section 2 lead at 4-0.
The Butler Girls fell to Armstrong 7-0. Ashley McCue rolled 551 series for Butler. Maddie Baillie led Armstrong with a 563 series. Armstrong improved to 4-0. Butler fell to 3-1.
