High School Sports Scores from Monday:
Girls Soccer:
Pine-Richland defeated Butler 1-0 in overtime. The Rams scored the winning goal with :10 seconds remaining in the OT. Butler will host North Hills tomorrow night at 7:30pm. They are 8-4 overall, 4-3 in section play.
Freeport-4 Valley-1. Cameron Lindsay led the Yellow Jackets with two goals. Olivia Gaspersci had a goal and two assists. Freeport improved to 9-0 in their section and 10-2 overall. They will meet Karns City Saturday.
Seneca Valley-3 North Hills-0.
Mars-8 McKeesport-0.
Franklin Regional defeated Knoch 3-2 in overtime.

Karns City-6 Wilmington-0. The Gremlins improved to 11-0. They were led by Spenser Myers and Jace Ebbitt who scored two goals each.

Girls Golf:
Congratulations to Moniteau’s Kennedy DeMatteis who qualifed for the Double-A regional event at Tom’s Run in Blairsville October 17th. DeMatteis finished third at the District-9 championship held Monday at Punxsutawney Country Club.
