High School Sports
Boys Basketball:
–Butler defeated Central Florida Christian 85-74 in the North Allegheny/Butler Holiday Bash Showcase. Donovan Carney and Braylon Littlejohn both scored 26 for Butler.
–North Allegheny defeated Imani Christian 71-66.
–North Hills defeated Grove City 83-81 in double overtime in the Hampton Tournament.
–Host Mercer defeated Moniteau 62-45.
Girls Basketball:
–Mars-63 Baldwin-45 in the Highlands Tournament.
–Freeport-47 Burrell-23 in the St. Joseph Tournament.
The Knoch Knights are playing in the Deer Lakes tournament the next two days. They meet Avonworth tonight at 6pm. WISR pre-game is 5:45.
