WPIAL Football playoffs begin tonight. All of the games have a 7pm kick-off.
6A:
–Seneca Valley will travel to Mt. Lebanon.
–North Allegheny will host Canon-McMillan
5A:
–Mars will visit Peters Township.
3A:
–North Catholic will face South Park at Stone Field in North Park.
WPIAL Girls 2A Volleyball Semifinals:
–Freeport defeated Avonworth 3-0.
–North Catholic defeated Beaver 3-1.
Both advance to the WPIAL title game tomorrow at 2pm. All of the championship matches are being played at Fox Chapel high school.
2A:
–Knoch will face Thomas Jefferson at 4pm.
4A:
–North Allegheny will meet Canon-McMillan at 6pm.
Girls Soccer:
–North Allegheny won the WPIAL 4A soccer championship last night with a 2-0 victory over Norwin.
–Mars will face Plum in the 3A championship tomorrow at Highmark Stadium beginning at noon.
–North Catholic will meet Yough in the 2A title game at 10am.
