A head-on crash snarled traffic Thursday morning at a busy Butler Township intersection.
The accident between a car and a minivan happened about 10 a.m. at the intersection of South Duffy and New Castle roads.
An ambulance was on scene although it was initially reported that everyone was out of the vehicles and that there were no major injuries.
Butler Township Police are investigating.
