After speculation Pennsylvania Governor Josh Shapiro would be selected as Vice President Kamala Harris running mate a decision has been made.
The AP is now reporting; Democratic Nominee for President Kamala Harris has not chosen Shapiro but instead Minnesota Governor Tim Walz.

Shapiro took the office of Governor in 2023 and will face re-election during the 2026 election cycle and will be term limited if re-elected.
Shapiro is currently scheduled to speak at the VP announcement on the campus of Temple University, no word on if he will still speak.
