Jim Harbaugh is leaving the University of Michigan to take the head coaching job with the Los Angeles Chargers. Harbaugh led the Wolverines to the national championship earlier this month, but will make a return to the NFL and a team he played for briefly during his career. He signed a five-year deal and becomes the first Chargers player in their history to return to the organization as their head coach.
