A mother from northern Allegheny County is facing charges after police found a large amount of drugs in her car along with her toddler.
Elizabeth Stout, 27, of Hampton Township had her one-year-old daughter in her vehicle Friday (July 3) when police smelled a strong odor of marijuana. After searching the car, authorities recovered 50 stamp bags of heroin, as well as cocaine, marijuana and pills.
Stout faces felony drug charges along with child endangerment charges.
