State police in Mercer served an arrest warrant on a Grove City woman following an incident last Monday, Feb. 22, 2016.
Police say that 55-year-old Lisa Lyn Hicks is accused of placing a nail under a woman’s vehicle tire while it was parked at Rudy’s Restaurant in Findley Twp. Hicks then followed 47-year-old Melissa Conney of Mercer, PA to her residence and sat on the roadway in front of her house.
Hicks was arrested and placed in the Mercer County Prison pending arraignment. Bond was set at $50,000 straight cash with preliminary hearing to be held February 29, 2016.
