A Grove City mother has been charged after police say she brought young children to a school event while intoxicated.
Grove City Police were called to the “Gear Up for Kindergarten” event at Highland Primary School in Grove City Borough on March 12 just before 7 p.m. for reports of an intoxicated female who brought a 4-and 3-year-old to the gathering.
Officers made contact with 30-year-old Brittany Graeves and determined she allegedly transported her children in her car while intoxicated.
After showing signs of impairment, Graeves was charged with DUI and Endangering the Welfare of Children, according to the Grove City Police Department.
