Police are charging a Grove City man after they found more than 30 dogs dead at his home.
54-year-old Phillip Schaefer is facing 145 charges ranging from animal cruelty to neglect of animals.
Police say in addition to finding the dogs, there were also dead chickens, goats and other animals on the property.
Schaefer is scheduled to appear in court in May.
