A Grove City man admitted to spending close to $40,000 of his deceased mother’s social security money.
Alexander Viskovatoff, 57, pleaded guilty Thursday in federal court.
Authorities say he stole $38,000 from the Social Security Administration that was intended to be benefits for his deceased mother.
Viskovatoff will be sentenced in March. He could face up to 10 years in prison.
