A Grove City man is facing charges as a result of an incident at a business earlier this month.
According to Grove City Police, 48-year-old Juan Aguirre Silva walked into the business on West Main Street on Sunday, May 10th and began saying that he was an FBI agent.
He then allegedly ordered a customer to get up against the wall several times before pulling out a card from his pocket and holding it up in the air like an out-of-uniform police officer would do with a badge to identify himself.
Silva has been charged with Impersonating a Public Servant and Disorderly Conduct.
