The owner of a Grove City painting business has pleaded guilty in federal court to filing a false tax return.
Daniel Spatara is accused of under reporting about $145,000 in income in 2012. The government says that led to a tax loss of $40,000.
Spatara is scheduled to be sentenced in September. He could face up to three years in prison and a $250,000 fine.
