Governor Tom Wolf says he will allow Pennsylvania’s budget to become law without his signature.
His announcement Sunday night came just 30 hours before Wolf’s midnight Monday deadline to act on the spending bill that lawmakers passed June 30.
The legislature has still not produced a revenue package explaining how it will pay for the roughly $31 billion spending bill.
