Governor Tom Wolf has ordered U.S. and Pennsylvania state flags at the Capitol complex, commonwealth facilities and public buildings in the state lowered to half-staff in honor of the Orlando shooting victims.
The Governor issued a statement saying he and first lady Frances Wolf were sending their thoughts and prayers to the victims, their families and the Orlando community for what he called a “tragic and senseless terror attack and hate crime.”
Wolf called all Pennsylvanians to join in this tribute on behalf of all those who were killed or injured.
The shooting early Sunday killed at least 50 people.
