Gov. Tom Wolf has signed a bill requiring children under 2 years old to ride in a rear-facing car seat as long as they haven’t outgrown the height and weight limit.
Currently, the law does not require children up to 2 years old to be rear-facing.
This new legislation makes Pennsylvania the 4th state to enact such a law.
