Glade Run Lutheran Services is opening a new psychiatric rehabilitation program in downtown Butler.
Empowering People in Communities or EPIC is for Butler County adults challenged with chronic mental illness. An open house will be held from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Thursday at the facility at 125 West New Castle Street across from Catholic Charities.
The goal of this program is to help those who suffer from chronic mental illness to develop life skills in group and individual settings to achieve rehabilitation objectives.
