After a weekend of consumer spending with Black Friday and Cyber Monday, you’re now asked to give back during Giving Tuesday.
The day was started four years ago to kick off the charitable season, when many focus on their holiday and end-of-year giving.
You’re asked to donate to your favorite charity today and then tag that charity online using #Giving Tuesday.
There has been an estimated 470% increase in online donations on the Tuesday after Thanksgiving since Giving Tuesday’s inception in 2012.
