The Butler County Genealogical Society is having their annual lock-in at the Butler Public Library Friday.
The event will begin when the library closes at 5 p.m. and continue until 11 p.m.
Those attending should bring research and questions as the group will have access to computers and the special collections librarian as well as other group members.
Non-members are welcome but everyone must arrive before the library closes and join the group on the second floor. Those attending should bring money for copies or documents can be saved electronically.
